Prize Draw Terms & Conditions
1. No purchase necessary.
2. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over and a UK resident.
3. Entry to the Prize Draw can be made either by submitting a valid full name, address and email address, or by sending your name, address and date of birth to November Prize Draw, kidzeco CIC, 11 King Street, Bathgate EH481NU.
4. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt and kidzeco accepts no liability for entries lost or damaged in the post.
5. Only 1 entry per household permitted throughout the entire promotion.
6. The closing date for the draw will be the last calendar day of the month. Paper entries will be included only in the first draw after they are received.
7. The winner will be the first name selected at random after the closing date for each draw and they will be notified within 2 weeks of the draw.
8. Details of the winners’ names and county addresses will be available by writing to the promoter between 1st and 31st January 2011, provided an SAE is enclosed.
9. There will be one prize of a ‘cut and blow dry’ from Jennifer Sibbald @ Callanetics in Bathgate. The appointment must be booked in advance.
10. There is no cash alternative to the stated prize.
11. The promoter reserves the right to offer a similar prize of equal or greater value, if the stated prize is unavailable.
12. Acceptance of the prize will be deemed as permission by the entrant for kidzeco to take publicity photographs and interview the winner and for these to be used by kidzeco in any media publication.
13. The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
